Mike Howard Hi Everyone, I'm new to the site, and I wanted to reach out and see if anyone is having a problem with people/families not being able to pay for funeral services. I want to be up front and let you know that I am not a Funeral Director. My company has a product that allows people to set up structural payments so that they don't have to come up with a lump sum. We do a lot of work with dentists, cosmetic surgeons, and automotive dealerships. I spoke with an advertising exec about a month ago who had worked with a funeral home who informed me that the number one issue affecting funeral homes today is managing accounts receivable. My company handles this functionality and ensures that our clients are not turning away customers. Does anyone have an idea of how I might understand if my program would be a fit for funeral homes?
