Where in So. Cali. do you live. I grew up in Ojai which is near Ventura and went to Mortuary College in Sacramento. I worked in Sacramento then Crescent City ( far northern coast) now am living in Oregon.

Im noticing that there are alot of members in this site; but they are no longer active in this site and so when i seek other professionals it shows that they have last logged in about 500 days ago. I would like for this site to take off and flourish... it says there are thousands of members but around 20 active people here. lol its like a party of 20 in a large club with plenty of drinks to go around.

Ray,
I first view myself as an embalmer, because i am best at it. I am a funeral director becuase i have the license and my families always appreciated my service. I have a crematory managers license and i have done a few cremations for a while, but i dont feel too confident on doing cremations yet. Now; i have a pre-need license and i am just beginning to learn how to do this. But i am looking forward to doing it. I love this profession.
